SGL Clients App – Overview
Our simple Client & Task management solution is perfect for sole practitioner practices.
Features:
- 👤 Client records – add clients and their important dates
- 🗒️ Notes – Store and review notes for each client
- 🚨 Risk Assessment – Create a Risk Assessment template then use it to carry out Risk Assessments for each client
- 🏢 Companies House Updates – Click a button to automatically check the data held by Companies House for your clients, and update your client records accordingly
- 🗓️ Task management – See a list of your upcoming tasks and their due dates. You can add subtasks with their own deadlines too
- 🔄 Auto Add Events – Set payroll frequency, and VAT schedules in each client's record; then, by clicking one button, the app will automatically add new events as you complete the previous ones, ensuring you always have the next event in your agenda
- 📋 Subtasks – Create and use subtask templates for events. Subtask offsets provide per-task deadlines, and progress for subtasks is tracked
- 📊 Serverless – Our app uses Google Sheets in your Google account to store your data. This means that we don't collect or store your data, and it stays with you in your account
