Get Started With Us
Sign Up
After an initial consultation with you we get you signed up and everything set up and in place.
Get Your Software
Once signed up, we will invite you to use your accounting software.
Ongoing Bookkeeping
Generate your Sales Invoices using your software, and record your expenses using your software.
During setup we will ask you to connect your bank to the software and most of your expenses will be imported automatically, leaving only such purchases as where you have used cash etc.
If you don't want to record these items yourself, you can simply take a photo of the receipts or invoices and send them to us. We'll enter them for you.
You can easily get your documents to us via the accounting app 📱. Simply use it to take a photo 📸 of your invoice or receipt and we will receive it!
For your bank transactions 🏦, simply connect your bank, and your transactions are automatically exported to us!
By using software you have the benefit of being able to see the position of your business at any time, so you always know how things stand and what position you are in.
We also keep an eye on this and will make suggestions where we notice any changes could be made.
VAT Returns
We Prepare Your Return
Each quarter, before it is due, we will prepare your VAT Return based on the financial data in your software.
You Check & Approve
After you receive your draft VAT Return from us, you check it over and approve it for us to send.
We Submit
Once approved we submit your VAT and it's done for another quarter.
You just need to pay the VAT Due, unless you have set up a Direct Debit where it will be automatically paid.
Year End Accounts
Once the year end comes around we should have most of the data we need from the software.
We will ask you for any other small bits of information we need.
Once we have this, we prepare your accounts and tax return and send them to you.
Again, once checked and approved by you, we will submit the returns and all you have to do is pay what is due.
