Send us Payroll Information
Each period, within the agreed lead time, send us details of the period's pay.
Notify us of any new starters and changes in pay rates.
We Prepare Payslips
With the information you have provided, we make the necessary:
Pensions Assessments
Pensions Deductions
PAYE & NI Deductions
and produce payslips and totals, including net pay, for approval.
We Submit & Send
Once you have approved the totals and pay amounts, and are happy for us to proceed, we will submit and send all necessary information as required.
Payslips sent via email to each employee
Payroll journals made in software, or sent to you along with reports
Pensions amounts and totals submitted to NEST
Pay totals submitted to HMRC as legally required
Make Your Payments
Pay your employees as calculated in the payroll.
We will remind you of the amount of PAYE & NI you need to pay to HMRC when it almost due, so that you can make the payments on time.
We can produce a BACS payment file to pay your employees quickly and easily, if you have a compatible bank.
